Challenges Worldwide ICS placements support growing businesses in Ghana, Uganda Rwanda and Zambia

As a Challenges Worldwide ICS volunteer, you will spend 10-12 weeks working as a Business Support Associate in a fast growing, socially conscious African business. 

During you placement, you will receive accredited training to help you make the most of your skills and give your business the support they need. 

After your placement, you will receive ongoing support to positively impact your own community through action at home.  You will also be given the chance to turn your placement experience into an internationally recognised qualification with the Chartered Management Institute.

The criteria to take part in ICS is as follows:

UK, EU or EEA citizens with a current UK address or a citizen of one of the countries in which we operate

Aged 18-25 years old at the start of your placement (23-35 for Team Leaders)

Committed to fundraising at least £800 (UK volunteer and UK Team Leader only)

Can commit to 12 weeks on placement
