A pivotal development to our portfolio is ‘Challenges Impact 100’, a structured annual programme through which insight is generated on a substantial scale.
In partnership with Cranfield School of Management, 100 businesses are assessed each summer using a proprietary diagnostic tool producing data on the following key areas: Leadership, Organisation and Staff, Product/Service, Sales and Marketing, Financial Management and Triple Bottom Line Impact.
To ensure consistency in the recording and interpretation of the company diagnostics, we have provided the Cranfield MBA students with training and advice around the issues expected to be included in each report, and the evidence required to support their conclusions.
In January every year, we launch a report using evidence from field research to draw out key conclusions of the real challenges faced by 100 businesses looking to grow in developing countries, identify barriers to growth, opportunities for follow-on support and examples of best practice. This annual flagship report will be followed by interim themed reports covering a particular sector in more detail.
