Founded in 1999, Challenges Worldwide has supported over 5,000 enterprises to grow their positive social and environmental impact. Directly, these enterprises have created thousands of sustainable jobs, supporting tens of thousands of families to thrive. Indirectly, these enterprises have provided life-changing products and services to hundreds of thousands of people as an integrated part of their local economy.

Through our programmes and initiatives, we have also supported well over 10,000 people to gain experience, confidence, and ultimately decent work through practical programmes that connect them to employers, industry and entrepreneurship.
